Citing Bills
The format for a reference to a Bill usually consists of:

the short title. Note that no part of the citation is italicised

the date
-
the jurisdiction, abbreviated and in parentheses

The parts making up the text of the Bill are called clauses. If
referring to a particular clause this should be added to the citation
in one of the following ways:
